1. My “Save & Continue” link is not working

 

1) My “Save & Continue” link from my survey is not working

Symptoms / Issues: 

Users have reported a blank survey when they attempt to revisit the Live Education! survey using their “Save & Continue” link (link saved either in email or manually copied and pasted for safe keeping).

Solution 1:

If you’re visiting the link that was emailed to you after clicking “Save & Continue” during your survey, try it from a refreshed browsing experience: either a private window/incognito window or by clearing your cache have  proven to help.

Here is a link explaining how to open a private window/incognito window in your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari are included).

Solution 2:

If the submit button on the last page of the survey was pressed at any time the survey is considered “completed”. Your “Save & Continue” link will not work if the survey has a status of “completed” on our end, even if there are more fields you would have liked to edit or add. Please reach out to rainbow@live-education.com to check on the status of your survey if you think you have a partially completed survey in the system.

2) The download link for my digital curriculum isn’t working
