Distilling the Essence of Waldorf EducationSunday, October 10, 2004Silver Spring, Maryland seminar and artistic workshop Live Education! directors Rainbow Rosenbloom and Bruce Bischof will be hosting a seminar at Acorn Hill, in Silver Spring, Maryland, on Sunday, October 10th, 3 - 9 pm and Monday, October 11th, 9 am - 12 noon. The theme of the discussion will be "Distilling the Essence of Waldorf Education," and will include conversations on several topics (e.g. co-ops, organizing the homeschool day, multi-age lessons, bridging with local Waldorf Schools, teacher training). An artistic workshop emphasizing the visual arts in Waldorf education will be part of each session. Enrollment fees are 55$ per person or 75$ for a couple, payable in advance. Space permitting, non-live education clients will be invited at 80$ per person.
